The opportunity
You will support our Factory Finance department, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, document management, and communication.
How you'll make an impact
Working within the Finance department, under the supervision of the Factory Controller or member of the Finance department, you will carry out various tasks and projectsDelivering value to our Finance, Operations Control and supporting the delivery of our Finance Direction and Business strategyGain an understanding of what it takes to operate in a Finance organization within a Global businessParticipate in training and development activities to improve technical skillsUnderstand each department's daily processes and goalsCompleting all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operationsDevelop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives Your background
Bachelor's, or a master's degree in business, or in finance, or another related discipline (studies to be completed before the start of the program)Proficient in written and spoken English, additional languages are considered as an advantageGood knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting softwareComfortable communicating in Italian and English (written and spoken)Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in daily tasksEnjoy working in a multicultural and collaborative environment More about us
