Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.</span></span></span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Do</b></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance activities with maintenance staff, contractors and external vendors </li><li>Coordinate between craftsmen, operators, vendors, subject matter experts, and support groups </li><li>Perform job scoping on notifications and work orders to estimate resources required </li><li>Source parts, tools and equipment as needed so that work orders can be executed efficiently </li><li>Use SAP to execute work orders and preventive maintenance and use QMOS to follow up on delays. </li><li>Must plan the production schedule with maintenance to maximize uptime and plan outages </li><li>Participate in planning meetings </li><li>Develops structure within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) </li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial and operational efficiency. </li><li>Ability to adapt, learn and prioritize quickly in a dynamic environment </li><li>Ability to adhere to CMC safety policies and procedures </li><li>Work safely at all times by following safety rules, regulations, and PPE requirements </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Need</b></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>The preferred candidate will also have some mechanical background and knowledge </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Strong understanding of SAP PM functionalities and integration points </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business </li><li>Able to estimate labor hours, materials and can visualize the job to be performed </li><li>Able to read blue prints </li><li>Strong computer skills </li><li>Ability to work with exposure to extremes in temperature, chemical, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces </li><li>Demonstrate dependability in attendance, work completions, and flexibility to meet business needs </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs </li><li>Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills </li><li>Minimum of three years experience with an industrial mechanical setting. </li></ul></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Education</b></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred </li></ul></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We are CMC, a <span style="font-size:16.0px">Fortune 500®</span> company at the leading edge of our industry.
