Scope of Position The Sr. Manager, Logistics, Solar develops and executes global logistics strategies for the Solar business, providing leadership across freight, warehousing, distribution, trade compliance, duty and tariff management, and third-party logistics operations to improve quality, cost, delivery, and service performance. This leader partners with cross-functional teams and Logistics Centers of Excellence to optimize operations, support growth, and drive supply chain performance across a global, matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities Logistics Strategy & Network Design <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop and execute global logistics strategies aligned with sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 10 years of experience in global logistics, including freight, warehousing, and/or trade compliance operations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience managing and optimizing third-party logistics providers and logistics networks.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience scaling logistics operations to support business growth.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience with ERP, TMS, The range for this position is $136,157.00 - $187,216.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
