Position overview: The Senior Manager of OT Security is responsible for leading the cybersecurity protection of Ball Corporation’s operational technology (OT) environments, including manufacturing plants, industrial control systems, and plant networks, in a manner that prioritizes safety, production uptime, and operational reliability. This role operates at the intersection of manufacturing operations and enterprise cybersecurity, ensuring OT cyber risks are identified, mitigated, and managed in alignment with enterprise governance, architectural standards, and cyber defense capabilities. Senior Manager works closely with Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering, and Cyber Defense Operations to ensure OT security is risk‑informed, architecturally sound, and operationally defendable.
