This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions that improve nutrient and water use efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong><br>Design and conduct laboratory experiments to support new product development<br>Develop and evaluate formulations for agricultural, horticultural and turf applications<br>Carry out stability, analytical and compatibility testing<br>Analyse and document results, producing technical reports and methodologies<br>Support product scale-up and troubleshooting activities<br>Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales and Marketing teams<br>Conduct literature and IP reviews to support research projects<br>Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and COSHH requirements</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>What we're looking for:</strong><br>Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline<br>Laboratory experience within R&D, formulation or product development<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br>Excellent attention to detail and record keeping<br>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills<br>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications<br>Full UK driving licence</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Why join us?</strong><br>Be part of a global organisation with the backing of the ICL Group<br>Work on innovative technologies with real-world impact<br>Collaborate with experienced scientists and industry experts<br>Develop your career in a supportive and growing R&D environment</p> <p>Interested?
