Supports the end-to-end fulfilment process for branch replenishment orders, ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position focuses on supply chain execution, process management, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Manage branch and co-manufacturer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfilment.</li> <li>Act as the main contact for branches and co-manufactures on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.</li> <li>Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.</li> <li>Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints.</li> <li>Maintain master data and ensure compliance with colleague requirements and internal policies.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.</li> <li>Document processes and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Perfect Candidate</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree</li> <li>2 years experience in the role</li> <li>Proficiency in English is required</li> <li>Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)</li> <li>MS Office</li> <li>Basic understanding of order-to-cash and logistics processes.</li> <li>Familiarity with supply chain operations and service KPIs.</li> <li>Experience in a B2B environment</li> <li>Ability to manage complex processes and multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Proactive, structured and problem-solving oriented</li> <li>Comfortable working in an international environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €28,000.
