<p>AVL Hungary Kft. offers a job in Hungary (HU) as</p> <h1 style="color:#092332;font-size:30.0pt;line-height:35.0pt"><b>Commercial Order Processing</b></h1> <h2 style="color:#092332;font-size:18.0pt;line-height:26.0pt"></h2> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p> <p>Ensure the smooth, timely, and customer-focused processing of spare parts quotations and orders—from quotation preparation and follow-up, order entry, and coordination with internal departments through to invoicing.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Enter, review, and process customer orders in the ERP system.</li> <li>Clarify technical and commercial details with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Purchasing).</li> <li>Monitor deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.</li> <li>Prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.</li> <li>Process order changes and customer complaints/claims.</li> <li>Communicate with customers by phone and in writing.</li> <li>Maintain master data and order-related data (e.g., Installed Base data, SAP master data).</li> <li>Support quotation preparation and quotation follow-up activities.</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery dates, lead times, and order status.</li> <li>Communicate with suppliers and follow up on outstanding requests and deliveries.</li> <li>Collaborate with AVL Purchasing to procure spare parts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interfaces / Key Stakeholders</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Sales</li> <li>Production / Manufacturing</li> <li>Purchasing / Supply Chain</li> <li>Logistics / Shipping</li> <li>Quality Management</li> <li>Finance / Accounting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>On-Time Delivery (OTD)</li> <li>Order lead time / processing time</li> <li>Error rate in order processing</li> <li>Customer satisfaction</li> <li>Number of orders processed and quotations generated</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Professional Requirements (Hard Skills)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Completed commercial or technical education/training (e.g., Industrial Business Administrator, Technical Sales/Commercial Specialist).</li> <li>Understanding of technical products and processes (e.g., manufacturing, bills of materials, technical drawings).</li> <li>Experience in order processing or sales support, ideally in a technical environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.</li> <li>Good command of German and English;
