As a trusted technical advisor, you will provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure and well-governed solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Your tasks</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design end-to-end solution architecture for cloud-based data platforms and services</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define secure data onboarding, integration and sharing patterns</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders across business and technology teams</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design GCP-based services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM and networking components</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define infrastructure-as-code and automation approaches</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with security, governance and data management requirements</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support technical decision-making during the implementation phase</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide architectural guidance to engineering and platform teams</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Produce architecture documentation, diagrams and technical specifications</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive solution design ownership and architecture governance across the project lifecycle</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Your skills</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">8+ years of experience in solution architecture or cloud architecture roles</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience designing enterprise data platforms and data integration solutions</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, networking and security architecture</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understanding of enterprise security, governance and compliance requirements</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent English</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Nice to have</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in banking or financial services</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of data products or data governance frameworks</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience working within large enterprise cloud transformation programmes</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarity with DataOps and platform engineering concepts</span></li> </ul> </div>
