It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work unite that we can shape the future together.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What awaits you?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Your mission is to guarantee the structural integrity and quality of the vehicle body through the mastery of joining technologies and the implementation of Group Standards.</p> <p> </p> <div>-Specialist for process and joining technology (welding or fastening).</div> <div>-Release responsibility for the joining strength of the joining processes in the vehicle project.</div> <div>-Representation of the CoC joining technology in the vehicle projects.</div> <div>-Rapporteur for the project management, technology leader and other committees for the joint strength status in the respective project phases.</div> <div>-Implementation and monitoring of escalation issues with a technical joining point of view.</div> </div> <div> <div>-Coordination of all enabling measures for joining processes and equipments.</div> <div>-Coordination and steering of all enabling measures during pre-series production to reach the joining strength quality targets BIW with start VS0.</div> <div>-Responsibility for the release of joining strength in body in white.</div> <div>-Monitoring of all joining relevant key figures (including purchases parts).</div> <div>-Support and advisory for joining topics in integration and Re-Use issues.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> <p><strong>What should you bring along?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking a highly specialized engineer with a deep understanding of robotic joining processes.</p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.</li> <li>5+ years of professional experience in joining: Fastening and welding technologies.</li> <li>5+ years within the Automotive Industry.</li> <li>Strong experience in ePDCA, Six Sigma, and problem-solving for technical availability.</li> <li>Fluen business English.</li> </ul> </div> </div>
