We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will help ensure the stability, quality and continuous improvement of our Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services.</p> <p>In this role, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, coordinate service-related activities and help keep critical reporting services running smoothly and efficiently.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <p>Ensure the reliable delivery and continuous improvement of Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services while acting as a trusted partner for business and IT stakeholders.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage the delivery and day-to-day performance of Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services</li> <li>Monitor service quality and ensure agreed service levels are met</li> <li>Coordinate the resolution of major incidents and support problem management activities</li> <li>Work closely with teams across Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and IT</li> <li>Track and report service KPIs and support audit and compliance requirements</li> <li>Identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimization</li> <li>Help reduce operational risks and improve service stability</li> <li>Coordinate activities with internal and external partners when needed</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in Service Delivery Management, IT Operations, Data Management or Regulatory Reporting</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes</li> <li>Experience working in banking, financial services or another regulated environment</li> <li>Experience with Jira and ServiceNow</li> <li>Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and priorities</li> <li>Communication in English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Knowledge of BCBS239, COREP, FINREP or other regulatory reporting frameworks</li> <li>Experience with Teradata, Oracle or enterprise Data Warehouse solutions</li> <li>ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience</li> <li>Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>3 things you’ll love about KBC Global Services: </strong><br>#1 Work-life balance for real.
