De functie Als onderdeel van het Consumer Care-team speel je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van onze patiënten. Waar jouw collega's zich voornamelijk richten op inkomende patiëntcontacten en operationele ondersteuning, ligt jouw focus op het proactief benaderen van patiënten en het geven van begeleiding en advies aangaande het gebruik van onze producten. Je treedt op als betrouwbare adviseur voor onze patiënten en helpt hen bij het maken van weloverwogen keuzes, terwijl je zorgt voor een naadloze en hoogwaardige ervaring op ieder contactmoment.
