Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Supporting reporting and analysis activities within Global Operations Controlling, particularly in the areas of Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Assisting in the analysis and evaluation of data related to the global Cost Savings Program</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Supporting the annual planning process, including target setting, calculation of purchasing volumes, budget preparation, and data collection for management analyses</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Maintaining and supporting the Material Controlling Tool, including KPI uploads, user support, and data quality checks</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Contributing to the automation and digitalization of controlling reports and processes</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Preparing presentations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for management and stakeholders</li> </ul> YOUR PROFILE <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable field of study</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are beneficial</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Interest in controlling, finance, purchasing, supply chain management, and manufacturing processes</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with Power BI, SAP, or other BI tools is an advantage</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Affinity for data analysis, digitalization, and process optimization</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;text-indent:0.4px">Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player</li> </ul> Come and join our team!
