JOB DESCRIPTION:Position Summary: The Manufacturing Reliability Technician is responsible for improving equipment reliability, uptime, and overall maintenance effectiveness across the facility. This role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, data analysis, and continuous improvement rather than primary repair execution.
