<h2>I. ROLE</h2> <p>The Operations Program Coordinator (OPC) supports the execution of customer programs by coordinating daily operational activities required to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD), customer commitments and operational performance objectives.</p> <p>The OPC acts as the operational liaison between Program Delivery, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering, ensuring timely communication, issue follow-up and execution of recovery actions.</p> <p>This role supports the Program Delivery Manager in maintaining execution visibility across assigned programs while developing the operational, analytical and customer-facing competencies required for future leadership opportunities.</p> <div contenteditable="false"><hr></div> <h2>II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <h3>PROGRAM EXECUTION SUPPORT</h3> <ul> <li>Support the execution of assigned customer programs from demand through shipment.</li> <li>Monitor operational progress against customer commitments.</li> <li>Coordinate follow-up actions with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Track open actions and ensure timely closure.</li> <li>Support Program Delivery Manager in preparing customer and internal operational reviews.</li> </ul> <h3>DELIVERY COORDINATION</h3> <ul> <li>Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance for assigned programs.</li> <li>Analyze backlog, past due orders and shipment priorities.</li> <li>Support delivery recovery plans.</li> <li>Coordinate execution activities across Planning, Production, Supply Chain and Logistics.</li> <li>Escalate operational risks impacting customer deliveries.</li> </ul> <h3>CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION</h3> <ul> <li>Coordinate operational meetings involving Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering.</li> <li>Follow up action items from operational reviews.</li> <li>Ensure alignment between customer priorities and operational execution.</li> <li>Support execution of Engineering Changes affecting deliveries.</li> </ul> <h3>CUSTOMER SUPPORT</h3> <ul> <li>Support customer communications related to delivery status and operational updates.</li> <li>Prepare operational reports for customer meetings.</li> <li>Assist with customer demand reviews and purchase order reconciliation.</li> <li>Support negotiations related to delivery dates under the guidance of the Program Delivery Manager.</li> </ul> <h3>REPORTING & ANALYTICS</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports.</li> <li>Monitor: <ul> <li>On-Time Delivery</li> <li>Past Due Orders</li> <li>Backlog</li> <li>Customer Demand</li> <li>Recovery Actions</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support executive reporting activities.</li> </ul> <h3>CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT</h3> <ul> <li>Participate in root cause investigations related to delivery performance.</li> <li>Support A3, 8D and corrective action activities.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.</li> <li>Promote Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3>LEVEL PROGRESSION</h3> <p><strong>Level I – Operations Program Coordinator</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supports daily operational execution.</li> <li>Coordinates cross-functional activities.</li> <li>Develops understanding of aerospace program execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Level II – Senior Operations Program Coordinator</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinates multiple programs.</li> <li>Supports customer operational reviews.</li> <li>Coaches junior coordinators.</li> <li>Leads small improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Level III – Lead Operations Program Coordinator</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinates complex programs.</li> <li>Supports onboarding and mentoring.</li> <li>Acts as deputy for the Program Delivery Manager when required.</li> <li>Leads cross-functional operational initiatives.</li> </ul> <div contenteditable="false"><hr></div> <h2>III.
