Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join and enhance our team here at The Waterfield Practice.
Our Practice comprises 4 GP Partners who enjoy working with a team of 3 salaried GPs, 1 Physician Associates, 5 Practice Nurses who also do Minor Illness, 1 HCAs, 4 Pharmacist and PCN additional roles including social prescribers and a Mental Health Practitioner
Main duties of the job
The position is for 6 sessions per week and include a mix of appointment types, admin and CPD. GP on call rotas are distributed pro rata amongst all GPs. We have a home visiting service consisting of paramedics so home visits are kept to a minimum.

Duties as expected for a Salaried General Practitioner Role, Patients consultations over the phone and within the surgery, monitor patients conditions and wellbeing, perform clinical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of illness/ailments, conduct tests to diagnose, health education and liaise with other healthcare professionals from multi disciplinary team.

Qualifications Essential
To have completed GP registrar training
Desirable
Experience working as salaried General Practitioner or a locum
