<p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Daily processing of order proposals and placement of purchase orders for defined Commodity</li> <li>Checking order confirmations, monitoring delivery dates and reconciling quantities, including interface management</li> <li>Maintaining and optimizing supplier relationships</li> <li>Managing complaints and monitoring delivery reliability and quality</li> <li>Participation of Supplier Evaluation, determining KPIs – On Time Delivery (OTD)</li> <li>Maintenance of material master data for Dispo-Relevant parameters</li> <li>Handling of Tickets for department relevant tasks</li> <li>Prioritization of Incoming IQC handling for Mechanic</li> <li>Collaboration with international locations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of professional experience in purchasing</li> <li>good SAP knowledge</li> <li>very good English language skills (written and spoken), Mandarin language skills are an advantage</li> <li>Independent and structured work style, service-oriented approach, flexibility and teamwork skills</li> <li>Good knowledge of common MS Office applications</li> </ul>
