The IT SAP Project Manager leads the successful delivery of complex projects, with accountability for governance, budgets, risks, quality, resources, stakeholders, and benefits realisation. The role requires strong strategic thinking, effective decision-making, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to ensure projects deliver sustainable value and positive outcomes for Yorkshire Water, its customers, and colleagues. The IT SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects across Yorkshire Water's SAP landscape, including SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SAP Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and future SAP transformation initiatives. The role is accountable for project governance, budgets, risks, quality, resource management, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation. Where you fit in: As our IT SAP Project Manager, you will: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead end-to-end SAP project and programme delivery across SAP HR, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Finance, decisions.</li> </ul> What skills & qualifications you will need: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Significant experience delivering SAP projects and programmes in complex enterprise environments.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner or equivalent.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience delivering projects across SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ECC6, S/4HANA or related SAP platforms.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Proven experience managing large project budgets, forecasts and financial controls.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong governance, risk management and project assurance experience.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience managing system integrators and SAP delivery partners.</li> <li
