The FP&A Analyst will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and support business Description</H2> </div><div><p>Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.</li> <li>Analyze financial results and identify key drivers of performance, variances, trends, and risks.</li> <li>Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.</li> <li>Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.</li> <li>Partner with department leaders to monitor spending, evaluate business performance, and improve financial accountability.</li> <li>Conduct profitability, revenue, cost, and scenario analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.</li> <li>Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by providing financial analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.</li> <li>Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, capital investments, inventory management and cost-saving initiatives.</li> <li>Improve and automate financial reporting processes and data analysis where possible.</li> <li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.</li> <li>Support ad hoc financial analysis and special
