As part of a team with more than 40 years of history, you'll apply your experience to complex aerospace programs, work alongside skilled colleagues, and continue building a career with opportunities to grow.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <p>Perform advanced manufacturing and assembly operations on aerospace components</p> <p>• Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions and technical documentation independently</p> <p>• Identify and resolve production or quality issues</p> <p>• Carry out inspections and help maintain aerospace quality standards</p> <p>• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment</p> <p>• Mentor and support less experienced operators, helping to develop skills across the team</p> <p>• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency and safety</p> <p>• Support the production of components used in leading aerospace and defense programs</p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> <li>Two to five years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing or related production environments</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li> <li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation</li> <li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently</li> <li>Experience working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team</li> <li>A&P or FAA Aircraft maintenance experience is a plus</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen) per ITAR regulations to comply with export control requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p> <p>This role involves standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
