Your new role As our new IT Security Manager, you will drive and continuously improve cybersecurity across laboratory IT systems in Global Research (GR) and Therapeutic Development (TD). You'll partner with scientists, system owners, architects, and security specialists to protect the systems that fuel our scientific breakthroughs, while acting as a trusted advisor on both existing and emerging laboratory technologies. CLAS was established to bring together Laboratory IT, IT Compliance, and specialised laboratory system expertise from across Novo Nordisk into one enterprise organisation, with the purpose of ensuring that computerised laboratory systems become a competitive advantage for Novo Nordisk by delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Today, CLAS consists of 40+ specialists across laboratory IT, compliance, validation, architecture, and operations – acting as the bridge between laboratory organisations and Enterprise IT, and partnering closely with scientists, vendors, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity professionals to deliver and operate the systems that power laboratory work. Your skills & qualifications We are looking for a curious and structured cybersecurity professional who thrives in complex, stakeholder-rich environments and enjoys translating technical topics into meaningful business conversations. Salary For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
