The IATF Auditor will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of client organizations&apos; quality management systems, ensuring compliance with the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Bureau Veritas as a trusted partner in certification and compliance services.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal"> <li> <p><strong>Conduct Audits:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Perform audits for client organizations to assess the effectiveness of their quality management systems.</li> <li>Evaluate processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and industry best practices.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Documentation Review:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Review and analyze client documentation related to quality management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement based on documentation assessment.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact throughout the audit process.</li> <li>Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective action requirements in a clear and professional manner.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Stay abreast of changes in standards and industry trends to ensure up-to-date knowledge.</li> <li>Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Report Generation:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective action.</li> <li>Ensure timely submission of accurate and comprehensive reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor&apos;s degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc.).</li> <li>Good command of English skills.</li> <li>Experience working in automotive manufacturing industry as Quality management or Iso management.</li> <li>Prefer candidates who has certified IATF Lead Auditor with a solid understanding of IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements</li> <li>Proven experience in conducting quality management system audits, preferably in the automotive industry.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li> <li>Able to travel for business trips.</li> </ul>
