This position involves coordinating shippingschedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Works closely with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Performs all work in accordance with internal Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Manages the import, receipt, shipment and export of materials or finished products in Casablanca site and/or external warehouses.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Coordinates with other departments any documentation required for the processes described.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Plans the warehouse delivery and dispatch schedule, managing urgent requirements and capacity for shipping or accepting loads.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Monitors shipments or acceptance of loads at Casablanca warehouses.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Monitors urgencies and manages supplier claims.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Contacts suppliers of materials or services in the event of discrepancies or organizational needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Understands SAP processes in order to provide flexibility across regular warehouse processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Reviews inventory and consistency between SAP and the Warehouse Management System. </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Documents, seeks approval and processes system adjustments and destructions, carrying out supporting investigations to facilitate the signature process.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Performs double checks on receipt and export verifications carried out by other warehouse colleagues or subcontracted external warehouses, and checks that the documentation is correct.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Configures and reads temperature recorders (data loggers).</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Updates inbound and outbound checking documents to adapt them to process needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintains control books for raw materials subject to Public Administration control.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Prepares, monitors, and maintains KPIs and publishes them on the relevant information boards.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Monitors and maintains the warehouse training plan.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Prepares the documentation required for import or export.
