Own labor performance, throughput, schedule attainment, continuous improvement, and workforce development while driving operational excellence through effective leadership, problem solving, and process discipline. align labor and skills to meet takt and delivery commitments.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure standard work execution through routine audits, coaching, and corrective actions to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate with Supply Chain for material availability and with Quality for in-process checks and defect containment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hire, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate Electrical Build Technicians; manage contractor performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive daily tier meetings, visual management, and problem-solving to remove constraints.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead line balancing and labor optimization activities to maximize throughput, productivity, and schedule attainment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify bottlenecks, resource constraints, and capacity limitations and implement corrective actions to maintain production flow.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage labor utilization, overtime, and production costs to achieve operational and financial performance objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and monitor KPIs including schedule adherence, throughput, labor efficiency, first-pass yield, scrap/rework, safety performance, overtime utilization, and on-time shipment attainment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead daily continuous improvement activities focused on labor efficiency, throughput, first-pass yield, cycle time reduction, and waste elimination.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with Manufacturing Engineering on standard work development, process improvements, engineering change implementation, and production readiness activities;
