If you want to come on this journey with us, to deliver retail excellence, then we can really support your ambitions and future growth. </span> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist Warehouse Assistants (WHAs) in maintaining the quality of fruits and vegetables received at the Collection Center, ensuring that company quality standards are consistently met.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Verify and ensure the required quality standards of fresh produce sorted by Warehouse Assistants at the Collection Center.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Closely monitor the preparation and handling of fresh produce for timely dispatch to the Distribution Center, giving priority to short shelf-life items.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Accurately maintain and verify item receiving registers and complete farmer registrations in accordance with company guidelines and required documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct final quality inspections prior to loading goods onto trucks; ensure vehicle conditions are suitable, including temperature checks and side door inspections.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate IBD numbers and lorry dispatch times to the Distribution Center in a timely manner.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at the Collection Center, maintaining a safe working environment in line with health and safety requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follow the daily wastage process in coordination with the Distribution Center and manage outlet returns appropriately.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Person Specifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Successful completion of GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fresh produce, warehousing, or supply chain operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong teamwork skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good verbal and written communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines, with strong attention to accuracy, task prioritization, and time management.</span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Interested candidates are encouraged to apply on HIVE before the 21/07/2026.</span></p>
