This is critical to ensure we adapt to the local context and leverage the resources and expertise available.</p> <p> </p> <p>Individual project CAPEX values typically range from £50K to in excess of £5M</p> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and maintain detailed baseline and live project programmes using Primavera P6 / Asta Powerproject / MS Project</li> <li>Integrate cost, risk, procurement, and resource data into project schedules</li> <li>Monitor programme progress, identify critical path impacts, and assess schedule risk</li> <li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and subcontractors</li> <li>Ensure schedule governance aligns with contractual and internal controls</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the Project Managers (PM’s) across the project portfolio in implementing the processes to manage and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures to ensure budgets are maintained and expenditure is controlled</li> <li>Own and manage the administration of multiple core Project Controls processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <p><strong>Essesntial</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in project management, from conception to delivery</li> <li>Sound planning and coordination skills</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail</li> <li>An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans</li> <li>Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite of programmes incl MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel and Visio</li> <li>Ability to build relationships and work successfully with people at all levels</li> <li>Ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time</li> <li>Ability to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Ideal</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Infrastructure project experience – Civil/Electrical/Mechanical</li> <li>Experience in Document Management software</li> <li>Project management qualification</li> </ul><p style="text-align:justify">Want to see what it’s like to work for the UK’s largest port operator?
