Owns reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of enterprise platforms. Leads SRE teams and partners across Engineering, Infrastructure, and Service Management to ensure systems meet SLOs. Drives operational excellence through automation, observability, and continuous improvement. Serves as a senior Incident Commander, leading major incident response, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving restoration and post-incident improvements.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in engineering or related field required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Master’s Degree in computer science preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">7+ years SRE / DevOps / Production Ops leadership experience required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build and lead high-performing SRE teams using SLOs, SLIs, MTTR.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deep incident and problem management experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Observability platforms (Dynatrace a strong plus).</span></li> <li><span
