<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What it's about</strong></span></span></p><p>Partners Group is searching for a Product Launch and Onboarding Manager to join our Product Management team in Singapore. The team is responsible for leading, coordinating and enabling a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of our investment programs: driving timely and seamless launches, monitoring and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction with both clients and service providers, and taking the lead on fund launches, restructurings and wind-downs.</p> <p>You will work within the Singapore Product Management team, which oversees a wide range of investment programs – from our flagship private market funds to bespoke separately managed accounts (SMAs) and evergreen funds across Asia.</p> <div> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> </div> <ul> <li>Takes full ownership of product lifecycle management and operation of existing products </li> <li>Coordinates and leads standard product launch and restructuring projects, often in close collaboration with senior colleagues, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships </li> <li>Maintain a clear understanding of private markets and fund structures, as well as the processes, roles, systems and responsibilities across the firm</li> <li>Interact with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues, and independently implement robust solutions</li> <li>Resolve operational issues spanning several teams, finding win-win solutions through collaborative engagement with stakeholders</li> <li>Act as a partner to sales in finding solutions for clients, while representing the firm’s operational capabilities</li> <li>Lead team-relevant projects and contribute to business-unit-relevant projects</li> </ul><style type="text/css"> .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } </style> <div class="newspaper"> </div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>What we expect</strong></span><br><ul> <li>University degree or equivalent, with an emphasis on business administration, finance or economics</li> <li>Minimum of 3–6 years of professional experience in banking, asset management or private markets</li> <li>Experience managing the lifecycle of investment fund products end-to-end</li> <li>Know-how in the launch, onboarding, implementation and operational set-up of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus</li> <li>Independent and self-directed, able to manage effectively and complete complex operating tasks under demanding timelines and competing priorities</li> <li>Proven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment – willing to go the extra mile</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences</li> </ul></span></div> <div class="newspaper"> </div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>What we offer</strong></span></span></div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><p>Partners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
