As a Senior Merchandiser Coordinator at Optimum Nutrition, you will develop and execute strategic product assortments to enhance the online shopping experience and drive ecommerce revenue across the EMEA region. You will manage product assortments on our digital platforms using merchandising tools and systems to ensure the right products are featured and available at the right time. You will continuously improve the online customer journey by staying on top of new features and functionality. Your role will involve leveraging data-driven insights to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies to optimize product assortment and conversion rates. In addition, you act as a trusted business partner to local market teams—ensuring collaborative, insight-led decisions that enhance performance and customer experience. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders like the Senior Merchandising Manager, eCommerce Manager, local teams, CRM Lead, and Media Team, you will ensure that our merchandising efforts align with broader business goals and customer needs, creating a comprehensive 360° journey. You will use insights to continuously improve the online shopping experience and manage regular reporting on key metrics such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the effectiveness of new merchandising enhancements.
