About the Role The role holder markets and underwrites profitable Casualty business, in accordance with the local and divisional strategies and marketing plans. style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">At least 5 years experience in underwriting Casualty lines</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitors and distribution channels</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Sound knowledge of other commercial insurance classes and / or of reinsurance products would be an asset</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven ability to develop and implement underwriting solutions</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated ability to deliver on growth targets</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong broker and client relationship management abilities</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Commercially minded with a strong business
