Main duties of the job Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. This role involves providing personal care and supporting women, and only female applicants are eligible under a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) under the Equality Act 2010. As a Care Assistant, you'll be working in Admiralty Care Home in Gillingham, providing personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting social engagements. You will receive outstanding career development with funded training, work 36 hours per week including alternate weekends, and enjoy additional benefits such as a company pension scheme and a Blue Light Card for discounts.
