Job summary Why Work for Us? Banbury Cross Health Centre is a 42000 patient practice in the centre of Banbury. We provide high quality care at scale whilst also being a warm and friendly place to work. High-quality support is given to ensure plenty of time to focus on clinical work and professional development. Work plan: 12 x 15-minute routine appointments per session. Locally provided Home Visiting service. Less than 1 visit per week typically. 6 weeks annual leave/1 week study leave pro rata Extra annual leave well-being day. Our surgery hours are 08.30 18.30. In-house educational program. Alternating weekly clinical and GP meetings. No out of hours or weekend commitments. Daily debrief over coffee for all clinicians. We are a training and research practice. Full multidisciplinary team (Nursing team, Pharmacists, AHPs, Physios, MHP).
