Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin, Evaluation and Data Support for Trauma-Informed Care, 12-month Trauma-Informed Community Programme Pilot within the St Austell Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT). This post is for 15 hours per week, flexible working will be considered.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative, data management, and evaluation support to the Trauma-Informed Practice programme, focused on patients with high levels of service use.

Main duties of the job
The role will support delivery of a coordinated, trauma-informed approach by ensuring:
Accurate and timely data collection and reporting Effective coordination of meetings, case reviews, and programme activities Monitoring and evaluation of outcomes, including reductions in service demand and improved patient experienceThe post holder will contribute to demonstrating programme impact, including reductions in A&E attendances and hospital admissions, and delivery of return on investment.
The post-holder will help evaluate the pilot and gather the results and recommendations learned from the pilot at the end of the 12 months.
The successful candidate will help strengthen relationships between services and communities, improve access to support, and promote a more compassionate and psychologically trauma-informed culture across local systems.

Administrative Support
Provide full administrative support to the Trauma-Informed Care Lead and MDTCoordinate and support monthly MDT case review meetings and case conferencesPrepare agendas, take minutes, and manage action trackersArrange clinics, meetings, and appointmentsMaintain accurate records and filing systems (electronic and paper-based)Act as a point of contact for people with high levels of service use, their carers, and partner organisations, ensuring clear communication, signposting, and trauma-informed coordinationEnsure administrative processes reflect trauma-informed principles, including sensitivity in communication and awareness of patient triggersData Management
Maintain and update databases and tracking systems for people with high levels of service useEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and qualityInput, extract, and manage data from clinical and non-clinical systemsSupport data linkage across services where appropriateCollect and monitor activity data including admissions, contacts, outcomes, and patient-level metricsReporting & Evaluation
Produce routine performance reports (monthly/quarterly) for internal and external stakeholdersSupport monitoring of key performance indicators, including:

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths; Relevant administrative or IT qualification (or equivalent experience)
Desirable
Training in data analysis, reporting, or NHS system

Experience Essential
Experience in an administrative role; Experience of data entry, data management, or reporting; Experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) ; Understanding of confidentiality and data protection (GDPR); Awareness of data quality and accuracy requirement.
Desirable
Experience working in NHS, primary care, or social care; Experience supporting MDTs or projects; Experience in evaluation, audit, or performance monitoring; Knowledge of NHS systems and datasets; Awareness of HIU cohorts or complex patient pathways; Understanding of trauma-informed approaches
Skills Essential
Strong organisational and time management skills; Excellent attention to detail; Good communication skills (written and verbal); Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Competent in data handling and reporting.
Desirable
Ability to produce dashboards or data visualisations; Analytical skills to interpret trends and outcomes
