Job summary
White Horse Medical Practice is a friendly, growing GP practice based in rural Oxfordshire. We are looking to recruit a proactive, enthusiastic and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our clinical team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care through face-to-face consultations, supporting the clinical team in delivering excellent services to our patients.
Please note: Phlebotomy experience is essential for this role, and applicants must have a minimum of three years' phlebotomy experience.

Undertake venepuncture (phlebotomy) clinics. Carry out a range of Health Care Assistant duties within primary care. Support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate patient records. Provide compassionate, professional care to all patients. Work collaboratively as part of the practice team.

Person Specification
Experience Essential
Essential Phlebotomy experience At least 1 years experience as a Health Care Assistant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, caring and patient-focused approach. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. GCSEs or equivalent
