Why this role?

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and values-led Ward Manager to help lead our 24/7 hospice inpatient service. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants real autonomy, genuine leadership influence and the chance to see the impact of their work every day.

A smaller, specialist service where you can build strong relationships and see the impact of your work

The opportunity to influence service improvement and future ways of working

A strong values-based organisation with children, young people and families at the centre

A supportive senior leadership team and committed multidisciplinary colleagues

A focus on quality, relationships and meaningful care

The potential for improved work-life balance, including the option to work from home one day a week where service needs allow

Continued access to the NHS superannuation scheme or the option to join the Claire House pension scheme
