Job summary
The post holder will provide specialist clinical expertise. They will be required to work in both acute and community settings. They will provide advice and treatment for complex wounds.
Provide specialist education and training for complex wounds and skin integrity.
Working in line with local and national guidelines.
Main duties of the job
Work autonomously to provide tissue viability advice to patients, staff and families
Undertake clinical procedures and wound/skin assessments
Patient and staff education
Dealing with complex and sensitive information
Audit work
As required inquest reports and to attend the coroners court
