Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in helping residents with different health needs, successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, HR experience, strong knowledge of sales and marketing, understanding of budget management, compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care.
