Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Applicants for the Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant roles should have previous experience working in a care setting, a strong passion for caring for the elderly, and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team. Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care, are preferred but not essential.
