The legal team at Perforce is searching for a versatile, AI-forward, Corporate Counsel to join the legal team. The role will expose you to commercial contracts, artificial intelligence, privacy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, IP strategy, product counseling, and legal operations. In this role, you will build real breadth across a global, fast-moving business. Perforce is looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is very detail-oriented, and has the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. In this role, you will be viewed as the trusted advisor and business partner for the entire business, and you will be asked to provide counsel and guidance in support of Perforce's overall business objectives. The position reports to the General Counsel and collaborates with other high-functioning professionals across the business.
