Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Recruitment Partner will lead large-scale and strategic hiring initiatives across diverse technical domains including software engineering, data, AI, product, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, ERP, and emerging technologies.

This role goes beyond execution. You will act as a strategic hiring advisor, drive recruitment performance, mentor junior team members, and design scalable hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced agency environments, manages multiple high-priority roles, and demonstrates strong leadership and market expertise.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Technical Recruitment

Lead full-cycle recruitment across complex and high-impact technical rolesDesign scalable hiring strategies for both high-volume and niche searchesPartner closely with clients, hiring managers, and leadership teams to advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availabilityOwn pipeline health and ensure consistent delivery against SLAs

Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence

Build sustainable talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communitiesStay ahead of emerging technologies and evolving skill demandsProvide competitive hiring insights and advisory support

Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor and coach junior recruiters and recruitment partnersSupport onboarding and skill development of new team membersConduct CV reviews, calibration sessions, and interview quality checksElevate sourcing standards and recruitment best practices across the team

Performance & Process Optimization

Track and analyze recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, conversion ratios, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline healthImprove workflows and recruitment processes using ATS tools and automationDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholdersManage expectations, handle escalations, and resolve hiring challenges proactivelyEnsure exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.4+ years of technical recruitment experienceProven experience in high-volume and niche technical hiringPrior experience mentoring or coaching junior recruitersStrong understanding of software engineering, data, DevOps, AI, ERP, cybersecurity, and IT rolesExperience working in agency or consulting environments is highly preferredFluency in Arabic and EnglishStrong sourcing capabilities and advanced Boolean search skillsExperience using ATS platforms (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)Highly tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, and recruitment toolsStrong analytical mindset with experience tracking recruitment metricsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a performance-driven, fast-paced environmentBenefits
