Job Overview:
The Flight Operation Specialist / Travel Agent will manage private jet charter requests, providing a high-touch, luxury travel experience for clients. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, sourcing and negotiating aircraft options, coordinating trip logistics, and managing bookings from quote to completion.
The role requires maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners, ensuring seamless trip execution, and staying informed on industry trends, aircraft types, and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound private jet charter inquiries from website, partners, and marketing channelsConsult with clients to understand travel needs, passenger count, routing, timing, and aircraft preferencesSource aircraft availability through the company’s global network of certified air operatorsRequest, negotiate, and evaluate operator quotes to secure the best aircraft and pricing for clientsPresent aircraft options to clients including pricing, aircraft details, and itinerary informationCoordinate trip logistics including catering, ground transportation, special requests, and passenger detailsManage the booking process from quote acceptance through contract execution and paymentMonitor flights leading up to departure and provide client support for schedule or operational changesBuild long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, executive assistants, and corporate travel managersUpsell clients into the company’s programs such as Jet Cards, memberships, and enterprise travel solutionsMaintain detailed records of inquiries, quotes, and bookings within the CRM systemCollaborate with operators, dispatch teams, and internal operations to ensure seamless trip executionHandle service recovery and client communication in the event of delays, aircraft changes, or disruptionsStay informed on aircraft types, industry pricing trends, airport logistics, and private aviation regulationsConsistently deliver a high-touch luxury travel experience aligned with company’s brand standards
Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in travel booking, fligh coordination, flight operation support, etc.Experience in private or business aviation, charter brokerage, or air charter or travel booking agency.Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and confident, professional presence.Ability to manage multiple bookings, schedules, and logistical details simultaneously.Experience promoting programs such as memberships, Jet Cards, or travel solutions.Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and travel booking platforms.Familiarity with aircraft types, operators, pricing trends, airport logistics, and regulations.Ability to handle service disruptions, schedule changes, and operational challenges.
