Our client in the U.S. provides a 24/7 front desk solution built specifically for senior care. Home care agencies and post-acute facilities to instantly respond to every inquiry, automatically qualify leads, and schedule interviews, tours, and consultations directly onto the calendar—without adding workload to their teams.

As they continue to expand their Philippine-based team, they are looking to hire a Director of Business Development to join the team and play a key role to lead outbound growth and build a high-performing Sales Development team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

SDR Team Leadership

Manage and coach a team of outbound SDRsMonitor daily activity metrics including calls, meetings scheduled, and qualification ratesConduct regular coaching sessions to improve messaging, objection handling, and conversion ratesEnsure SDRs consistently meet performance expectationsOutbound Strategy

Develop and refine outbound calling strategies to reach decision makers in senior care organizationsIdentify target markets, account segments, and prospect listsImprove scripts, messaging, and outreach processesPipeline Development

Ensure SDRs generate a consistent volume of qualified meetings for the sales teamTrack meeting quality and conversion into sales opportunitiesPartner with Account Executives to ensure meetings meet qualification standardsBANT Qualification Oversight

Ensure all SDR-scheduled meetings meet BANT qualification standardsValidate budget, authority, need, and timeline before handoff to salesMaintain strong qualification discipline to protect sales team timePerformance Management

Track SDR KPIs including calls per day, meetings booked, meeting quality, and show ratesIdentify performance gaps and implement coaching or process improvementsSales and Marketing Collaboration

Partner with marketing to improve targeting and outbound messagingShare insights from outbound conversations to refine positioningIdentify new verticals or segments with strong demandPERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Build and maintain a consistent outbound meeting pipelineDrive high SDR activity levels and accountabilityEnsure meetings are properly qualified before reaching salesContinuously improve outbound conversion rates

***Success in this role will be measured by the volume and quality of meetings delivered to the sales team and overall SDR team performance.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within the first 90 days, you will:

Establish clear outbound processes and performance expectationsImprove SDR call-to-meeting conversion ratesEnsure meetings delivered to sales are consistently well-qualifiedBuild a repeatable outbound motion that drives steady pipeline growthRequirements

5 years of experience in managing SDR or business development teams5-10 years of experience in sales or business developmentExperience working with a US clientProficiency in HubSpot, and other major CRM tools such as SalesforceStrong background in outbound sales and pipeline generationExperience building or scaling SDR teamsDeep understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANTAbility to analyze performance metrics and improve team outcomesStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsExperience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentsHigh English proficiency

Advantageous or Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

Prior experience in the same or a related industry is highly preferred, particularly candidates familiar with the US healthcare sector.Experience in B2B SaaSFamiliarity with healthcare or senior care technologyExperience in high-volume outbound sales environmentsBANT Qualification

Employment Type: Full-time - Contractor

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Manila time (9am to 6pm EST), inclusive of 1 hour break
