We're looking for a GTM AI Engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering, sales, and marketing. You'll build and maintain AI-powered tools that supercharge our go-to-market motion — from automating outreach and content workflows to surfacing revenue insights that help our team move faster and close smarter. This is a hands-on builder role. You won't just be prompting tools — you'll be designing and shipping systems that the GTM team relies on every day.
What You'll Do
AI-Powered Sales Tools
Build and iterate on AI tools that support the sales team — including lead scoring models, outreach personalisation engines, and conversation intelligence integrations.Integrate with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) to automate workflows and reduce manual overheadPrototype and deploy LLM-based assistants to support SDR and AE productivityMarketing Automation & Content AI
Develop AI pipelines for content generation, SEO optimisation, and campaign personalisation at scaleWork with the marketing team to automate repetitive content tasks and build reusable prompt frameworksEvaluate and integrate third-party AI tools (e.g. Clay, Jasper, Apollo AI features) into existing stacksRevenue & Pipeline Analytics
Build dashboards and data pipelines that give GTM leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecastingApply ML techniques to identify patterns in win/loss data and surface actionable insightsCollaborate with RevOps to ensure data quality and consistency across GTM systems
