Belmond Mexico is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Celebrations Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth for our luxury properties in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies focused on celebrations and other special events, ensuring exceptional service and spoke experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the celebrations and special events market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, and wedding specialists.Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing prospects in both local and international luxury markets.Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through contract negotiation to event completion.Attend industry events, bridal shows, and networking opportunities to promote Belmond’s celebration services and enhance brand visibility.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyzes to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the Area Director of Sales to align sales goals with overall business objectives.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury hospitality sales, specifically in celebrations, weddings or events management.Fluency in English.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.Proficient with sales software tools.Ability to travel as needed within Mexico and occasionally internationally.Benefits
