In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
Review and accounting registration of revenue from consumption centers.Reconcile revenue collected via credit cards and verify their respective deposit in the bank account.Preparation of electronic invoices for guest folios.Determine tip amounts on a bi-weekly basis.Review commissions from consumption centers and points of sale.Prepare working papers for the calculation of taxes for all 4 companies.Submit provisional payments and informative declaration of operations with third parties (DIOT) for all 4 companies.Validate and apply all cash deposits received in bank accounts for application in the HMS system.Carry out integrations of assigned accounts for all companies before the 10th of each month.Upload travel agency commissions to the "ONYX" portal.Prepare the payment format for travel agency commissions.Follow up on accounts receivable previously reported to employees of other departments.Registration of provisions. Implement internal controls.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.2 years of verifiable experience in the position.Experience in hospitality.Fluent EnglishBenefits
