Role & Responsibilities
Design and execute international creative across retail, OOH, digital, and brand collateral while maintaining consistency across global assetsTranslate existing brand campaigns into localized retail artwork while ensuring layouts remain elevated and on-brand across all marketsDesign visual merchandising assets for retail in international markets, including gondolas, in-store window placements, fixtures, and other in-store activationsDesign brand collateral such as event merchandise, signage, and other experiential materialsCreate out-of-home creative for global markets, including wild postings, billboards, subway wraps, and other placementsDesign e-commerce assets, including homepage banners, PDP imagery, promotional graphics, and campaign materialsEdit and adapt video content for retail placements, paid social, and digital channelsMaintain brand integrity across every touchpoint while navigating language expansion and format constraintsPartner with Retail, Marketing, and International teams to ensure creative consistency and on-time deliveryManage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Requirements
2–4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, or a design-led brandExceptional attention to detailStrong typography skills and a deep understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and compositionAdvanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Premiere, and PhotoshopExperience working within established design systems and brand guidelinesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentClear communicator and collaborative teammate.
