Amazon Shop Management Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote Timezone: US(EST)

Overview We are seeking an experienced Amazon Shop Management Specialist to support and scale a high-growth Amazon business with annual run rates between $20M–$100M. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in managing Amazon storefronts end-to-end — from advertising and SEO optimization to PDP creation and affiliate growth.

You will play a key role in optimizing product visibility, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue growth across the Amazon ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Amazon Storefront & Account Management

Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accountOversee storefront performance, product listings, and category optimizationMonitor account health, suppressions, and compliance requirementsCoordinate launches for new products and product updatesAmazon Advertising & Performance Management

Manage and optimize Amazon Ad dashboards including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored DisplayMonitor key performance metrics including ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and ACoSIdentify scaling opportunities and optimize campaigns based on performance dataCollaborate with creative and growth teams to improve ad creative performanceSEO & Listing Optimization

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysisOptimize product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and descriptionsImprove organic ranking and discoverability across Amazon searchContinuously test and refine SEO strategies based on performance insightsProduct Detail Page (PDP) Creation & Optimization

Create and optimize high-converting PDPsDevelop A+ content and enhanced brand contentOptimize product imagery, infographics, and copy for conversionWork with design and content teams to improve product storytellingAffiliate & Growth Strategy

Manage Amazon affiliate relationships and influencer partnershipsSupport Amazon Creator & Influencer storefront initiativesIdentify new affiliate growth opportunitiesTrack affiliate performance and ROIPerformance Analysis & Reporting

Analyze sales trends, ad performance, and listing performanceBuild and maintain performance dashboards and reportingIdentify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvementsProvide weekly/monthly performance insights and recommendations Requirements

3–5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accountsExperience supporting Amazon businesses with $20M–$100M annual run ratesStrong knowledge of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)Proven experience with Amazon SEO and keyword optimizationExperience creating and optimizing PDPs and A+ contentStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience managing Amazon affiliates and influencer programs preferredFamiliarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar (preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to Have

Experience with Amazon Brand RegistryExperience launching new products on AmazonExperience working with creative/design teamsExperience with Amazon international marketplaces
