About this role
We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic bridge between our functional teams and our core enterprise systems, including IFS Cloud ERP and Salesforce CRM. This role is responsible for partnering with internal Business Process Owners and external partners to identify, research, design, test, and deploy system and process improvements across all functional areas (Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Production). The position plays a key role in aligning business processes with system capabilities and driving scalable, sustainable solutions across the enterprise.
