That's the category we're defining, and it's a rare moment to help build it from the ground up.
We've raised $7.5M from Floodgate (Lyft, X, Twitch) and The General Partnership, and demand is growing fast. We're making our first dedicated growth hire to own how couples discover and come to trust Neptune.
What we offerReal ownership + upside: You're our first dedicated growth hire. You'll own brand and community-driven growth end-to-end and lead our marketing function
Impactful work: Build on a real product with product-market fit, on a small team where your work ships and reaches users every day.
Why this role mattersYou'll drive growth in a category most couples avoid talking about. Prenups, estate planning, and money conversations are emotionally fraught and deeply personal but incredibly important. Your job is to earn trust and build word-of-mouth and turn it into a repeatable growth engine.
You'll own the channels that are critical to growth and brand - referral, community, events, social, UGC, and influencer. Paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta) is already running, so you focus on the higher-craft and creative side of growth.
What you'll ownBrand & community growth: Design and run the referral motion and build community and events around money, marriage, and life planning.
Story & content: Own organic social and content; bring a realistic, relatable voice on money and relationships to life in work that earns saves and shares.
Partnerships & lifecycle: Set the strategy for lifecycle, affiliate and retention email
Influencers & UGC: Work with us to build an influencer / UGC program
Measurement: Define the metrics for each channel and report honestly on ROI — we double down on what works.
We should talk if you're…A hands-on growth marketer: 4–7 years running growth at a consumer startup, with a track record of owning outcomes yourself.
A brand builder: You've built referral, community, events, creator/UGC, partnerships, or organic social from scratch, and you know which to double down on.
Someone who builds with AI: You use AI tools as a genuine force multiplier across research, creative, copy, and analysis, and you're excited to do growth in an AI-native company.
Story + measurement: Strong storytelling instincts paired with real measurement discipline — you define the metrics and build the reporting behind your work.
High-agency and scrappy: You own outcomes on a small team, move fast, and thrive without a big budget or a playbook handed to you.
Nice to haveExperience in fintech, consumer health/wellness, lifestyle, marketplaces, or AI-assistant/consumer-services.
A mix of in-house, agency, and/or founder experience.

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: $130–$160K base, plus meaningful early-stage equity
