About this role
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Site Experience & Optimization to help shape and improve the customer experience across our ecommerce site. This person will own our testing and optimization strategy, helping us better understand what drives conversion, engagement, and revenue. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits between Ecommerce, Marketing, Analytics, Product, UX, Creative, and Development. You'll be responsible for building and leading our website experimentation program, identifying opportunities for improvement, prioritizing what to test, and turning insights into meaningful business results.
