YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You will provide high-quality support for Windows and macOS client issues at HQ Pullach, including MS Office, OS troubleshooting, and third‑party software supportYou will manage installations of client hardware such as laptops, peripherals, NUCs, meeting room PCs, and support printer setup and issue resolutionYou will coordinate service providers and oversee hardware repairs, inventory accuracy, and hardware lifecycle activitiesYou will support user environments by handling onboarding and offboarding tasks, password resets, MFA issues, and Azure/Entra troubleshootingYou will prepare and support meeting rooms and events by configuring Teams setups, audio systems, and assisting with internal and external company eventsYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide VIP support, assist with relocations, and contribute to IT projects that improve our overall infrastructure and user experienceYOUR SKILLS MATTER
